HiiTRave - Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants attending HiiTRave events and engaging with the brand through our website, ticketing platforms, or physical venues. By purchasing a ticket or attending any HiiTRave event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Right of Admission Reserved (ROAR)

HiiTRave reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from an event at our discretion, without the obligation to provide a reason or a refund.

2. Age Restriction

Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No unaccompanied minors will be permitted.

3. Ticket Policy

· Tickets are non-transferable.

· Refunds are only available in accordance with our published refund policy as set out on our official platforms.

· Tickets may be purchased in advance through our online ticketing platform or at the door (subject to availability).

· All attendees must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry.

4. CCTV Monitoring

· HiiTRave venues may be monitored by CCTV for safety and security purposes.

· Footage is only reviewed if an incident occurs and is deleted after one (1) month, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Photography & Videography

· By attending a HiiTRave event, you consent to being photographed or filmed.

· Photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

· If you prefer not to appear in media, please inform a staff member—we will do our best to respect your request.

6. Participation Disclaimer

· All activities are undertaken at your own risk.

· Please consult a medical professional before participating if you have any health conditions or concerns.

7. Liability Waiver

HiiTRave, including its staff, partners, and sponsors, is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during or after the event.

8. Substance-Free Environment

· HiiTRave is an alcohol- and drug-free event.

· Attendees found in possession of or under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will be removed without refund.

9. Event Terms Subject to Change

HiiTRave reserves the right to update event details, policies, or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please refer to our website or ticketing page for the latest version.
